Pictures on cakes are very popular. My favorite was of an orchid. The cake was presented to an expert orchid grower on his birthday.
The photo was nice ... but I couldn't help imagine how much more beautiful a scanography photo (like this one)would be!
The orchid was placed face down directly on the flatbed scanner glass to take this picture.
The outer image was cropped. The result is almost three dimensional.
