A Scrapbooking Technique
Using Scanner Photography
Searching for a new "scrapbooking technique"? Now that you have all those fancy tools and stencils, here's an easy-to-use idea that will make a big difference in your pages.
Old photos of kids, grown-ups and animals are always a great addition to any page. But sometimes we leave out "things" that are special. Often, because we just don't think of photographing them . . . or when we do, they just don't look that impressive.
"Things" like baby rattles and pacifiers, Mom's collectibles and Grandma's fan, even pet toys will jump off the page when you scan them.
Scanner photography makes them hyper-real!

Here's a Great Idea!
In a conversation with Eileen Bergen,
The Artful Crafter,
about scanner photography uses, she said:
"Scans could be used to create scrapbooking embellishments. I've been playing around with your ideas and am working on a layout using scans of a Campbell's Soup Kids silver knife and spoon from when my son was a baby."
